Umadevi Mala was born on January 5th, 1954 in Tuticorin, a port city in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
She was married in 1971 to Ponnusamy, her first cousin and had two sons.
She expired on 24th December 2008 evening 6:15pm Dubai time. She was only 55 and had long been suffering from diabetes. Her end happened instantly at a divine time – Christmas eve and Pradosham in India.
May her Divine Soul rest in peace eternally at the Lotus feet of the Lord.
